Hi! I am Haruki Hasegwa (h6ah4i), the developer of Music Visualizer app. If you are using Music Visualizer app, purchasing its Ad Remover module, or just visiting this website ("Services") this policy applies to you.
When and how I collect data
From the first moment you interact with my app / website, I am collecting data. Sometimes you provide me with data, sometimes data about you is collected automatically.

Where do I store the data?
The personal data I collect is processed on my personal computer (placed in Japan) and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified below.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by me. If I transfer or store your information in this way, I will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
How long do I store your data?
I will archive and stop actively using any personal identifiable information about you within 6 months from the last time you used my Services. I will delete your personal data from my archives no later than 6 years from the last time you used Service or as agreed with you in a separate contract.
Third parties who process your data
I use third parties to help my application host, analyze usage data, serve ads for monetization, etc... I partner with third parties who I believe are the best in their field at what they do.
When I do this, sometimes it is necessary for me to share your data with them in order to get these services to work well. Your data is shared only when strictly necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in this Privacy Policy. Where personal data is transferred to a third party in the United States I take steps to ensure I agree the standard contractual clauses with them. I continually monitor this transfer mechanism. Any data transfers to the US are encrypted and generally consist of insensitive personal data.

Website I use cookies. Unless you adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, we (and these third parties) will issue cookies when you interact with my Services. These may be ‘session’ cookies, meaning they delete themselves when you leave my Services, or ‘persistent’ cookies which do not delete themselves and help me recognise you when you return so I can provide a tailored service.
